My take on current topics.

Concealed Carry
I believe that the constitution is our concealed weapons permit and with that every state of our union should accept constitutional carry. The 2nd Amendment is very clear in that our right to bear arms shall not be infringed. The states have an obligation and a duty to uphold the constitution of the United States of America. The 10th amendment does uphold states rights and allow each state to enact their own constitution and sets of laws and bi-laws, so long as those do not contradict our individual liberties and God given rights in which the constitution guarantees us.

Gun Control
The constitution is clear on this topic, wherein it states, “shall not be infringed”. That is my stance on gun control. There should be no restrictions on law abiding citizens, no infringements upon our right to bear arms and no control over our God given right to self defense of our life and property.

Immigration
I support our President and his policies on immigration. I believe that we need immigration reform, we need to get rid of the lottery system and with that we need to not only institute a merit based system but make it easier and quicker for vetted immigrants to become citizens of our great country. I support the building of the wall, however, I would like to see that funding come from the billions in seized drug money and I fully support stronger border security.

Woman’s rights, Gay right’s, Black right’s, etc.
There is no such thing as woman’s rights, gay right’s, black right’s, etc. there is only individual rights. The right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Government should have no role in regulating, restricting, or otherwise indulging in the prospects of collective rights for groups or individuals.

There is currently systems and censors in place that burden these groups and individuals, creating divisions and restrictions on them. I want to end these systems and censors and bring back individual liberty.

Everyone of us has the same right to liberty and freedom, we have the same guarantees the constitution guarantees us and we have the same inalienable rights granted to us by our creator. Government should only be there to ensure that our individual rights are never infringed upon.

Unions vs Freedom Foundation
I do not agree with our individual liberties being infringed upon, the current state of many unions act in this way. A large majority of unions force you to pay into membership, in order to be an employee and I do not agree with that.

I do think it should be the right of the individual to choose between membership with representation or no membership without representation. That is what a free society is all about, the right for the individual to choose what is best for their own life.

However, the current state of “Right to Work” does in fact crush unions, even if a significant amount of employees wish to remain unionized and that is something that needs to be looked at.

For example, if you have 350 employees and 200 choose to leave the union, that can and has led to the state or employer discarding the union all together, even though 150 employees still wish to be union members.

This is something that needs to be better looked at to allow for both to exist while allowing people to choose what is best for their own lives.

Abortion
I am Pro-life. I have 2 children of my own and could not imagine my life without them and the thought of having them dismembered inside the womb and murdered is disgusting to say the least. The unborn have the right to life.

Government
Government is not in place to regulate freedom, it is in place to ensure freedom exists. Government is not in place to exert its power over the people, it is in place for the people to exert their power over government, to ensure representation and liberty.

The problem we have today is that our government has forgotten its role. Our officials have decided to become masters over the people, not to ensure freedom but to ensure a continued power struggle over the people.

Our government pleads on the issues of safety and security of the people at any cost, under the guise of protection. The problem here is, freedom is dangerous, you can not have safety and security along with freedom, they are counter intuitive.

I am here to change all of this. I am here to be a true servant to the people, to give We The People their power back. I am here to ensure a restrained, smaller government, in order to restore freedom and liberty in America.

Freedom is dangerous, but it is freedom I will defend.
